Designed for the delicate and efficient removal of the outer skins from hazelnuts and peanuts, the Roastline RL-1100 Nut and Peanut Skin Peeling Machine is an innovative processing solution for your production line. The machine's core mechanism relies on two specialized silicone peeling pads—one fixed and one rotating—which work together to gently strip away the skin without damaging the integrity of the nut. As the raw product is fed from the top hopper, the removed skins are automatically extracted and gathered by an integrated waste collector. Furthermore, a specialized mesh filter located at the discharge chute effectively sifts out any broken or chipped pieces, ensuring that only whole, perfectly peeled nuts are collected at the exit.
