Perfectly balancing manual oversight with automated precision, the Roastline RL-1201 Semi-Automatic Nut Salting Machine is engineered to consistently and homogeneously flavor a vast array of products, including sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, cashews, and yellow roasted chickpeas. To guarantee absolute hygiene and heavy-duty durability, the entire unit is constructed from premium AISI 304 food-grade stainless steel. While operators manually load the raw nuts and salt into the drum, the machine features an integrated rear water tank that automatically dispenses the exact amount of moisture required for perfect salt adhesion. Once the mixing cycle is complete, simply reversing the drum’s rotation allows the finished batch to be effortlessly discharged into a collection hopper or fed directly onto an elevator for seamless transfer to the roasting stage.
