Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of the industrial food sector, the Roastline RL-120DK Rotary Nut Roasting Machine is a heavy-duty, fully stainless steel commercial drum roaster. It is expertly designed to process a diverse range of products, seamlessly roasting sunflower seeds, white and yellow roasted chickpeas, pumpkin seeds, peanuts in the shell, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pistachios. Delivering a highly flexible production capacity, it handles anywhere from 150 kg/h up to 500 kg/h depending on the raw material. To guarantee a perfectly homogenous roast at elevated temperatures without increasing fuel consumption, the RL-120DK is fully optimized for salt-roasting applications. This guided rotary roaster includes two interchangeable baskets—one solid and one perforated—to suit different processing needs. The intuitive electric control panel grants operators absolute precision over the roasting duration and drum rotation speed. Compatible with natural gas, LPG, or diesel burners, it adapts effortlessly to your facility's energy infrastructure.
